What is AIAB?
Analytics In A Box is BPS's hosted reporting portal. Each team gets its own secure workspace where finished reports live online — no email attachments, no Power BI licence per viewer, nothing to install.
Why publish here?
- One source of truth — anyone on your account with AIAB access opens the same live report, always the latest version.
- Always available — bookmark it; it stays online and updates in place each time you re-publish (older versions are kept).
- Not emailed to anyone — nothing lands in an inbox or leaks via forwarding. Access is controlled by AIAB membership.
Portal vs. Deliver
Publish to Portal when people should pull a report when they need it. Use Deliver instead when a report should be pushed to specific email recipients on a schedule. You can do both.
